Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ayushmedi account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
